Meet our staff
I am a motivator. I enjoy motivating people to make changes in their lifestyle to improve their quality of life. The Body Stabilization Training Program is a religion for me- I preach it, teach it, live it and apply it. The BST program has allowed me to achieve success I never would have thought possible. It is up to the individual to take responsibility for their own wellness and get control of their lives. No one can change the way we move except ourselves. We, at Body Stabilization Training, Inc, will help you to achieve that goal!

members who enjoy physical
activity. In high school,

was most passionate about,
but she also played
basketball and ran track all
four years. She played
competitive volleyball
starting at age 12 until her
senior year of high school.
She graduated from Coronado

She always knew she wanted to
work somewhere in the medical field. She
attended the University of Arizona for 2 years
with the intentions of going into their nursing
program. She then transferred back home and
attended Arizona State University. She graduated
cum laude with a degree in Kinesiology with an
emphasis in exercise science. She is now
continuing her education and pursuing her
nursing degree. She loves working with people
