Meet our staff

TerryI am a motivator. I enjoy motivating people to make changes in their lifestyle to improve their quality of life. The Body Stabilization Training Program is a religion for me- I preach it, teach it, live it and apply it. The BST program has allowed me to achieve success I never would have thought possible. It is up to the individual to take responsibility for their own wellness and get control of their lives. No one can change the way we move except ourselves. We, at Body Stabilization Training, Inc, will help you to achieve that goal!

- Terry Roach, M.Ed., R.K.T is President of Body Stabilization Training, Inc
